From optimising complex components as prototypes, in-depth platform performance analysis and designing secure guest services in luxury 5-star hotels, I combine research, strategy, and AI-enabled tools to drive real results.

As a Senior UX Consultant at Publicis Sapient, I led end-to-end UX design for Nissan’s digital platforms, collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions. I combined analytics, research, and AI-driven tools to optimise user journeys, enhance component usability, and drive continuous improvement across complex automotive ecosystems.
At Deloitte, I led the UX design of a complex financial dashboard, bringing together fragmented data sources into a single, intuitive advisor interface. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and subject matter experts, I applied user research, data visualisation, and accessibility best practices to create a high-fidelity, insight-driven experience.
At TAJ Hotels, I applied service design principles to create seamless, high-trust guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. By mapping service journeys, leading co-creation workshops, and embedding discreet security protocols, I helped optimise operations for VIP stays and state visits without disrupting the guest experience.

To get there, I rely on a robust toolkit, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Sketch, Medallia Digital Experience Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Lighthouse, Jira, Confluence, and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.Â
I incorporate generative AI (including in-house tools and Google AI) to accelerate research and ideation and apply data visualisation, accessibility standards, and heuristic evaluation across every design layer. Whether facilitating co-creation workshops, aligning Agile teams, or advocating for UX maturity within organisations, I use each tool and method with intent—bringing strategy, insight, and craft together in every project.
