I take a data-driven, Design Thinking–led approach to crafting user experiences that deliver real-world outcomes. My work is grounded in UX best practice—rooted in user research, refined through rapid iteration, and aligned with business goals from the outset.

With over 20 years of experience across high-impact sectors—automotive, finance, government, and hospitality—I specialise in turning complex systems into streamlined, intuitive interfaces. I work across the full UX lifecycle, from journey mapping and stakeholder discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Every decision I make is guided by evidence—whether it’s derived from behavioural analytics, heatmaps, usability testing or direct user feedback.

At the core of my practice is a belief that great UX isn’t just about usability—it’s about helping organisations execute smarter, faster, and more human-centred strategies through design.

Publicis Sapient (Nissan GB)

Currently leading UX across key digital journeys including EV ownership, finance tools and fleet management. I’ve delivered tested Figma prototypes, redesigned car configurators, and helped surface high-value UX insights from analytics and heatmap data—improving both user satisfaction and conversion paths.

Deloitte UK

Designed a multi-module CRM dashboard for investment advisors, consolidating seven siloed systems into a single, streamlined tool. I led the UX process end-to-end: from stakeholder alignment and user research, through to high-fidelity prototyping and testing within strict compliance boundaries.

TAJ Hotels

Applied service design thinking to high-security VIP guest experiences. Designed seamless backstage operational flows that allowed high-risk events to be delivered with the discretion and elegance expected of a five-star brand.

Earlier roles

Worked across eCommerce, SaaS, hospitality and digital start-ups—designing everything from responsive sites and CMS platforms to full-scale user journeys. My freelance and agency work refined my ability to move fast, ask the right questions, and deliver designs that are both intuitive and commercially effective.
